AI ART MARKETPLACE
Please read these terms carefully. By using Lux et Ars you agree to the following conditions.

“Platform” means the Lux et Ars website and services. “Artwork” means images or media listed or sold. “AAML” means the AI Artwork Master License. “AI Art Data License” means a usage-rights license for pure AI images with no substantial human input. “Certificate” means the digitally signed document issued per sale.
You must be at least 18 or have parental consent and the legal capacity to agree. By accessing or using the Platform you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Each sale issues a digitally signed Certificate containing license ID and owner/edition data. Verify authenticity via /verify-certificate. The Certificate is part of provenance and must accompany any transfer.

AS IS. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, Lux et Ars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of €100 or the fees you paid to Lux et Ars for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.
This section does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update Services and Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
EU consumers: for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may be waived once delivery/performance starts with your express consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Courts of Berlin, Germany, shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
